We carefully cast every project individually so we can always make the perfect selection for you. Our talent roster is growing daily and even in everyday life our team doesn't miss a chance to spot exciting personalities.

Meet Alina, the executive director of JUST IN CAST.
After finishing her high school diploma, she completed her professional training as a management assistant for audiovisual media in a Cologne-based TV production company. Following her training, she worked as an executive assistant and project manager for an agency specialized in the conception and realization of corporate events. During her time as a project manager, Alina started developing a comprehensive business concept for her very own casting agency. Simultaneously, she enrolled in a bachelor's degree course in Laws, allowing her to gain proficiency in contractual matters. In 2012 an ambitious dream eventually became true in shape of a casting agency for any case – or simply JUST IN CAST.
